The Synergic Artist
The classical Synergic Artist could be considered the Event Manager. Not only him, but all the persons who follow the instructions to create a certain or uncertain atmosphere. Uncertainty is relative to the amount of the distance of the Event Manager to his event.
The closer the Manager is therefore to the Synergic Artist, the more he gets involved in all levels of organization. He should carry out the trash bag some times, clean the surfaces with cloth some time, speak to people, visitors, celebrators, employees, all people involved into that shit.
Certainty is producing a more clear vision of the realized event by the Event Manager. The Synergic Artist is putting a higher message to that event without binding it to a necessity. Necessities can be ideologies or financial needs.
The art of the Synergic Artist, and the artist at all, is to free himself from the feeling doing a service by his work. In devotion and clear realization of the vision by involvement he faces people with his own reality of encounter.
Quality of encounter therefore marks the key skill of the Synergic Artist. That is not quality of encounter on the visitors or participators side. There is a quality in encounter if no difference of quality between the organization team and the visitor - in fact no difference between both at all.
Community is the perfection of the work of the Synergic Artist. There is only another criterion: vision.
A community without a vision is like gang of cows - not forgetting that consciousness is which divides man from animals.
Transforming the community's vision collectively, that means also not denying himself being transformed by the community, can then validate a higher message. Indicator for the validation of this is more than what we call a "good atmosphere". It is isotony, equality of moods, which happens is the state of collective flush. This transcendens any voice of opinion and is open for taking any idea to heart.
